This page provides quick access to answers to commonly asked questions from customers about the NanoKard App.

To create your NanoKard account, download the NanoKard App on your Apple or Android device. To download the app, you can visit nanokard.com/download-app.
Here are 3 ways you can add a payment method:

- From your NanoKard wallet dashboard, press on the top left profile circle (which has your initials or profile picture on it) to go to your Account overview page.
- In the User Details section, press the Fees & limits link to view your NanoKard credit and debit loading fees and limits.
Loading fee amounts are also visible in each transaction's details. Here's how you can see the charged fee amount when you’ve loaded your NanoKard balance:
- On your NanoKard wallet dashboard, you can view your recent transactions. At the bottom of this list, you'll find the View all transactions button, which will take you to a complete history of all your transactions.
- You can either search for the transaction or filter your list of transactions for the transaction type: Purchase credit.
- Press on the Purchase Credit transaction to view the details of the transaction. Within the transaction details, you'll be able to find the transaction's Fee amount.
To retrieve your NanoKard account ID:
- Log into your NanoKard app.
- From your wallet dashboard, press on the top left profile circle to navigate to your account overview page.
- On your account overview page, your account ID should be listed at the top of the page right under your name and will consist of 5 numbers.
How to retrieve your registered NanoKard email address:
- From the login screen, press the Retrieve email button.
- Follow the steps to verify your account information so we can find your account to provide the email associated with your account.
If you forget your NanoKard password, you can reset your password. Here’s how:
- From the login screen, press the Forgot password button.
- Follow the steps to verify your account information to create a new password.
To reset your PIN code:
- Log into your NanoKard app.
- From the wallet dashboard, press on the top left icon (which displays either your initials or profile picture) to go to your account overview page.
- Under the Security section, press the Reset PIN code button.
- Follow the instructions to reset your PIN code.
To change your time zone and currency preferences:
- Open your NanoKard app.
- Press the top left icon with your initials to go to the Account Overview page.
- Select Preferences.
- Here, you can adjust your time zone and currency preferences.
To change your NanoKard account password:
- Open the NanoKard app.
- Press on the top left icon with your initials.
- This will take you to the Account Overview page.
- Scroll down and select Change password.
- Follow the instructions to change your password.
