Withdrawing & transferring funds from your merchant location accounts
Withdrawing funds via ACH
You can withdraw funds from the wallet via ACH. This Withdraw Funds button is a quick way to schedule a withdrawal transaction. There is a dedicated section called Withdraw where we go through this feature in greater depth.
Transferring funds between locations or accounts
Use the Account Transfer button to initiate a transfer of funds from one merchant location wallet to another. This feature lets you move money between accounts.
Complete account fund transfer
- Select the location you want to transfer funds from, and the location you want to transfer funds to, enter the amount of funds to transfer, and add any notes in the Enter Memo field. This field is optional.
- Select the Transfer Money button to complete the transaction.
Checking the status of ACH withdrawals
Towards the bottom of the screen, there is a Withdrawals section where you can view ACH withdrawals and their status at a glance.
Withdrawing funds from your business wallet
To view your withdrawal transactions and withdraw funds from your wallet, select Withdraw from the left side menu and choose ACH.
View your status balances
From the ACH dashboard you can view status balances by date range (Today is the default status):
Transaction status balances include:
- Total Paid
- Total Pending
- Total In Progress
- Total Paid by Wire
- Total Canceled
- Total Failed
- Total Under Review
From this screen, you can also create a New ACH withdrawal or schedule Auto ACH withdrawals.
New ACH Withdrawal
Select the New ACH button to initiate a one-time ACH withdrawal.
From the dropdown menus, select which location you want to transfer money from, select which bank account you want to transfer funds to, and enter the amount (there is a $100,000 limit per transaction, however, there is no limit to how many transactions can be initiated).
You also have the option to enter a memo noting whatever information you choose about the transaction, who it's to, what it's for, etc...
Once all required information has been selected, click the submit button to finalize your ACH transfer.
Schedule recurring auto ACH withdrawals
Select the Auto ACH button to schedule recurring auto ACH withdrawals.
Select the location from which you want to schedule automated ACH withdrawals, then select which bank account you want the funds transferred to.
Under Select Day, you can select the day(s) you wish to transfer funds. Click "Select All" to select a daily transfer of funds, or you can select individual days of the week.
You can also choose what percentage of the balance available you wish to transfer on the days you have selected. Options include 100% of the available balance or a custom percentage chosen by you.
The optional memo feature is available as well if you want to add a note to the transactions.
Once you are satisfied with your selections, select Submit to establish your automated ACH withdrawals.
