How to run reports
To efficiently run, export, and manage your reports in the NanoKard Merchant Platform, follow these steps:
1. Select the Export button
Most data tables in NanoKard have an Export button at the top-right area above the table. Exporting a table allows you to run and download CSV reports based on summary lists of information. Depending on the data you wish to export, you can select a criteria for your download.
2. Select criteria for your report
-
Date Range Criteria: You can define your report by selecting one of the following date ranges:
- Today
- The Current Month
- Previous 7 Days
- Previous Month
- Custom date range
- Column Selection: Select the columns you wish to include in your report. The available columns will vary based on the information presented in the data table.
3. Confirm your selection
After selecting your date range and columns, select the Confirm button.
4. Wait for report generation
A pop-up window will appear, providing your estimated wait time for the report to become available. You will be notified via email once the report is ready for download from the Exports page.
5. Retrieve your report
You can retrieve your report from the Exports page located in the left sidebar navigation.
6. Download your report
All exports are listed in a table sorted by creation date. To download your report, click on the orange box with the arrow pointing downward. The report will be available in CSV format.
Note: If you visit the Exports tab before receiving the email notification, you may see a line item for your report with the status Pending. You will not be able to download the report until the exporting is complete.
