Access your transactions
From the Account Overview page, click on Total Funds in Account (view more) to view your commission transactions. From your Commission tab, you can see all of the transactions from your merchants and your commission from each transaction. The Merchant column shows the legal name of the merchant, while the DBA column displays the public-facing name of the business.
Understanding transaction data
There is a line item for each transaction. Sometimes, you may see duplicate line items if there are multiple commission splits, allowing you to view who received what commission amount from the transaction.
Adjust the view
You can toggle how many line items you wish to see at a time, ranging from 10-100, by selecting the "Show Entries" dropdown.
View personal transactions
Click on the Personal Transactions tab to see the transactions from your commission wallet via ACH withdrawal or Instant Pay.
Search transactions
Use the Search function to search for transactions in the list view. You can search by:
- Transaction/NanoKard ID
- Date
- Transaction Type
- DBA Name
- Merchant Name
- Transaction Amount
- Merchant Transaction Type (dropdown menu)
- Receiver
After you have selected your criteria, click the "Search" button to view your results. If too many results are returned, you can return to the search function to select additional criteria to narrow results.
